Snipping Tool
Lets you capture text or visuals from your screen and place them into your clipboard for reference. Press Windows Key + Shift + S or open it from the Start Menu.

Windows Clipboard History
This feature lets you store multiple copied items instead of only the most recent one. It is extremely helpful when you are copying text, code, or images while building pages.
Press Windows Key + V to open your clipboard history and select any previously copied item. If it is your first time using it, Windows will prompt you to enable Clipboard History.

Web Browser
A reliable browser such as Google Chrome works well for this system. A cache-clearing extension can also be useful while testing changes.
